Four ways to make your efforts more efficient Article Marketing
Article marketing takes a lot of time for any successful e-commerce small business owner. If you create most of the marketing and web site articles, there are several fairly simple things you can do to make the process more efficient, effective and less painful. After all you want to make the most of your writing efforts. Here are four of my favorites:
First, prioritize the items from your list of things to do. If there are some keywords that can generate more traffic with just a little 'work, go to work on those. Do not swing for the fences of each article (if you'll pardon the cliche baseball). You need to work more on keywords and phrases that only those who are more competitive.
Second, take time to build a model, a model for each of the repository item that you have. For example, ensure that the template directory for a particular item meets the criteria for the number of words allowed in the title, author's resource box, etc. Please indicate the names on this model of categories and sub-categories that you use most often in that particular directory. Each article directory seems to have different needs, and its categories are often called by different names. Make the effort of a once-in model construction and will save you a lot of time on each subsequent article.
Thirdly, to establish a time and an environment for writing. I turn off the television, the telephone ring and anything else that might distract me from my authoring efforts. Choose the same time each day or each week and stick to that schedule. For example, my time is in the morning immediately after my first cup of coffee. I write every day, because I found them to be more efficient when I write only two hours at a time rather than, for example, write twice a week for five hours each time. Your pace may be different. Set what works for you, but the key is to stick to that schedule.
Finally, do not be in the running to get your new article submitted. The time you have put aside, not for writing, for the presentation. I left my writing aside for a day. When I come to it, I proof-read and edit my manuscript. Only then can I send my chosen directory. I use the presentation time as a break from challenging tasks at other times during the day. I usually have to wait more than an article to submit to a directory, because it is the most effective way of presenting multiple observations in the same directory, but I came in to return several times a week or more times per month.
Article marketing is an essential ingredient in any business of Internet marketing plan. There must be an ordeal, if only you approach it with the right attitude at the right time for you and with a sequence efficiently.
