To sell on eBay - Building Your Own-Stock Inventory List (on budget)

Use garage sales to find new inventory. After its sell off all your junk and are forced to seek new sources, do not overlook the neighborhood garage sales. Make sure you study the yard / moving / garage / estate sales section in your local newspaper the night before your trip and plan your route so that stops are close to each other.

Visit affluent neighborhoods before getting items with the highest resale value. Next, explore old and well-established neighborhoods to search for collectibles. Check sales from 30 to 45 minutes before the advertised start, if possible, so you can at least scope out the inventory, if not get a jump on buying frenzy. Bring small bills and loose change as vendors are often not well prepared to deliver change. Always be prepared to haggle and do not forget to rummage through the box free.

Do not sell what everyone else is selling or something you know and love, if there is a question. Where can I get ideas of things you sell successfully on eBay? Look in the lifestyle sections of newspapers and business to enter the minds of consumers and look at advertisements for major stores.

Look at magazines to see what niche markets are available and what people interested in these specific areas are buying. Talk to salespeople in department stores and other shops to find out what is popular at this time. There are also telescopes trendy websites that can show what the latest "it" items will be.

Keep your eyes on the industry as a new television and movies television and movies have always driven sales hit their corresponding products .......
