How to Increase Metabolism and lower Panza

Ask ten people what type of exercise should be done to burn fat and boost metabolism, and you will probably say the same. I say you should do 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise at a moderate pace on a treadmill, elliptical machine, stair climber, etc.., 3-5 times a week.

Probably also tell you that more is better ... 4 times a week will be better than 3, and 5 times a week would be much better.

People will tell you this because this has been and remains the recommendation for fat burning by many fitness professionals. Staying at a certain target heart rate and stay there for 30 minutes or so, several times a week. I'm here to tell you that there is a better way.

If you are one of the people you have walking, jogging, gymnastics, without showing great results, I recommend you stop reading this page.

What's worse is that when you are a frequent this type of exercise, as you typically suggested, trains your cardiovascular system to be efficient. Again, although this sounds good, in fact your heart and lungs reduce their ability to work and who are becoming more efficient at doing easy work (your long-term aerobic training and low intensity), which reduces their ability to handle stress.

The quickest and most efficient way to speeding up your metabolism to burn fat faster and develop a health and fitness that will last a lifetime is to add muscle to your body through a period of resistance training. Do you want your life changing results as quickly as possible? Become more strong and developed some muscle. When you add lean muscle to your body, literally will become a fat burning machine!

Also, properly conducted resistance training increases work capacity of your heart and lungs, it makes the best exercises to lose belly. By applying intense demands on your body, it is forced to be ready for anything to it yourselves. This makes you more resistant to cardiovascular health problems that affect most people ... even those who exercise with aerobics frequently.
