To combat the depression, you must first realize that you are depressed, seek help from family and friends, visit a specialist in this kind of problems, a therapist who helps you to analyze the problem or problems that led you to present the picture depression and the two solutions that may help resolve the situation.

In addition to carefully follow medical treatment, you can do anything that will help you overcome the problem, first you should avoid eating disorders and care for your diet to improve your mood and keep energy of your body, but you're not hungry try eating fruits and vegetables that will help you take care of your body.
