The beach of the Sewers or Pirate is one of the most fun of all the region of La Janda. You could say that is the best known and one of the most famous beaches of Spain, either by their environment or bars, but mostly because of its location, nestled in a tranquil environment surrounded by nature in its virgin aunténtica.
This beach is quite busy, which features a young and alternative tourism. It placed two bars on the beach and a terrace situated on the cliff facing the sea, with magnificent views that invite you to take a mojito watching from above the atmosphere offered by this beach with the sea as a backdrop.
There are local stay open until dawn, with the area also known for nightlife. Services available and health surveillance. Behind it there are several bars and restaurants where you can taste some typical dishes that gives you the famous cuisine Cadiz.
The beach ends in a point formed by the action of coral rock, the slab, which are visible as an island at low tide by providing an additional attraction to the views offered by this beach.
This beach is where the famous sewers are giving the area its name. These freshwater springs in the cliff face of a different flow. The best known, the large spout, is almost at the end of the cliff area, an area known as Castillejos, where the multitude of coves between the beach and this corner of paradise, results in a very intimate and quiet. With access very complicated and only at low tide, the beach area is frequented by young and by the surfers.
