The pursuit of quality through the achievement of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and process efficiency, is hard work whose success depends on many factors intertwine and complement each other. Among these factors are: creativity, trained personnel, leadership, commitment, innovation, order and cleanliness of the workplace and above all, a positive attitude towards change. If we would focus on know which is the main factor, knowing that they are all very important and essential, we could say that is positive, but in turn it must be accompanied by a managerial leadership. But we know that a manager is not always a leader within the organization, then we must ask: what we need, a leader or a manager, or do what most positivism can influence the achievement of quality, that is, who is essential to achieve?. The answer is simple, you need a manager who is leading, ie management leadership is required, but taking the whole concept of what this means.

To properly understand this statement (overall concept) we must first define the term manager, according to current requirements, such as: "an official with a high degree of empirical knowledge and / or theoretical about the development of a specific process and aspects of business management, as well as with human skills developed?. From this definition of what should be the current manager, should be considered that this should have the ability to influence to officials under his authority, that is, be a leader for the latter to give their best in fulfilling the objectives and process improvement, and in turn, must have the ability to lead, plan, organize, direct and control the activities and operations carried out by staff under their responsibility with scientific methodology and practical experience, so that increases the probability of a higher organizational performance and especially competitive. There is no point a manager with a high degree of training and experience, if this can not motivate the best and take advantage of the positive attitude of staff to achieve a shift towards sustainable organizational quality.

In conclusion, it requires managers to have a profile of "managerial leadership? That is, to be leaders to motivate, and in turn, with scientific knowledge and practical experience to effectively guide the organization, so that it reaches a quality organizational performance (Organizational Quality) development. From this aspect, initiate effective development, sustainable and continuous training, innovation, creativity and development programs in housekeeping jobs to become a habit.
